Overcome Negative Body-Image

Here’s how just one of many clients did it!

Sometimes in my coaching practice I need to get down into the pit with a client… really sit down in the mud with them and wade through the shit in their lives.

It’s my job to hold steadfast as an anchor for them while they experience losing control or embracing their fear.

Whatever the overwhelming emotion is, I’m always willing to go to the depths with them in order to help guide them back out of it.

Not many traditional therapists allow themselves to do that, with the idea that it isn’t their responsibility, or it disempowers the client.

I disagree – I don’t need to take on the responsibilities of my clients feelings, troubles, or beliefs for me to take ownership of my own helping responsibility to skilfully guide them as best I can to get unstuck in their lives, and finally wipe their hands clean of the past.

My work is incredibly rewarding and EVERY day I am amazed at the tremendous capacity of the human spirit!

It’s been particularly rewarding this year with 3 standout clients who made brave steps in their personal lives to reach their weekly milestones and feel that much closer to their health goals.

One client in particular made such a huge transformation in her mindset towards her body that I wanted to share it with you!
