Researching sugar and hormones really opened up my eyes to why I was craving more of the wrong foods, especially when I was trying to avoid them. My brain was getting a natural high from the cakes and pastries loaded with toxic, bleached white sugar and cheap high fructose corn syrup. I didn’t realise the damage I was doing to my body and how my cravings were merely a chemical addiction to sugar.
Within a short time of using nutritious whole food alternatives my tastebuds came alive! Sugar cravings dramatically reduced, my hormones stabilised, and the moody highs and lows were soon balanced out with my blood sugar.
