Spring is a great time to be yourself and start your day right! Start a morning routine that keeps it real and do-able!

My morning routine consists of waking up, being grateful, peeing, then moving OR meditating – in that order!

The practice of consciously looking for gratitude – especially in the morning as you wake, and in the evening as you prepare for sleep – is powerful in rewiring your mental programming and influencing your subconscious mind.
