Learn how to relax, reduce stress and use Meditation to improve your health, happiness and wellbeing. This Basic Meditation class is suitable for beginners, intermediate levels and people wanting to return to meditation. Students are taught several styles of meditation to enable the opportunity of finding the style that best suits them.

Gain a sound understanding of Meditation and its’ benefits. Create the perfect home space and dedicated routine to enhance your practice and daily wellbeing. Enjoy noticing the positive changes occurring in your life through regular practice. Feel comfortable sharing your experiences and learning from others.

Weekly topics covered are:

  • History & Benefits of Meditation
  • Meditation Styles & Techniques
  • Cause & Effects of Stress
  • Stress Management Techniques
  • Affirmations & Positive Mindset
  • Journaling

Each course includes a personalised folder with complete course material and the use of essential oils to enhance your meditation practice and relaxation benefits. Muscle relaxation, breathing and stretching techniques are also taught in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment.

* Course duration is 6 x 1.5 hour weekly classes. Total investment $180 – includes your instruction, personal folder, weekly lesson handouts and the use of essential oils. Basic yoga mats and chairs are provided. NB: You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, cushions and blankets if preferred for your additional comfort.

This 6 week course is suitable for the intermediate to advanced wanting to deepen their individual practice, develop their relationship with themselves, and/or create the life balance they are missing in their lives. The Meditation and Personal Development course is like having your very own Life Coach – encouraging clarity, focus, goal-setting and accountability in fulfilling each area of your life.

Explore Meditation styles including Zen, Mantra, Concentrative Breath, Transcendental Meditation (TM), Breathing, Chakra and Meditation for Communication. Participate in practical exercises to encourage personal awareness and growth. Gain greater confidence with the skills to better recognise, manage or eliminate stress. Practice exercises to isolate worry and learn techniques to problem solve areas of concern.

* Course duration is 6 x 2 hour weekly classes. Total investment $250 – includes your personal instruction, folder, weekly lesson handouts, group facilitation and the use of essential oils. NB: You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, cushions and blankets if preferred for additional comfort.
