I’ve been a qualified Exercise Professional (Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing) for many years now since my early twenties and always love a good sweat session to remind me I’m alive! It’s amazing to discover just how capable and strong our bodies are of growing, adapting, repairing and changing, which in turn improves our mood, metabolism, weight and mindset.

My days of dedicated weight lifting and long runs are over, as I now take the smart approach in working with my body for the best results. My favourite training methods on offer are:

A boxing or kickboxing session is energising for your whole being and LOTS of fun! Move your body to feel alive, strong, confident and determined. Create more energy, increase your self-image and feel invigorated, all while boosting your fat-burning potential!

Sessions are 45mins and include a warm up, workout and warm down stretching. Additional handouts on goal specific topics are usually provided, as is conversation about all things health, fitness, wellness and stress related while I’m working out alongside you! Sessions are conducted in my personal home gym to ensure rates are very reasonable, equipment is clean, and the space is generous and private.

  • 1 session $60
  • 2 sessions $90 (SAVE $30!)
  • 3 sessions $120 (SAVE $60!)

Please note, I work with only a select number of clients for personal fitness training at any one time due to my schedule, but I will make your health a priority if YOU DO!
