Why Be Coached?
Whether you realise it or not – and most people don’t - YOU are in control of your life. You don’t have to stand back, kiss your dreams goodbye, or be a victim. This is YOUR life…. Where do you want to take it…?
Understanding your core beliefs and what you give value to in your life, helps you to understand the emotions and feelings that sometimes get in the way of living your life productively. When things don’t go your way, an obstacle turns plans upside down or when people behave in inappropriate ways, you don’t have to instantly adopt the same old behaviours that have so far kept you stuck.
When you understand how you think, feel and behave you are better able to identify unhelpful patterns and systems that you’ve learnt to adopt, and replace them with the awareness of what drives you and how you can change them.
Using strategic tools, exercises, activities and thought-provoking dialogue you can readily adopt the mindset and attitude to change your direction for the better. Once you learn these simple yet powerful techniques and strategies, you will feel more confident, clear and in control of your life to effectively make the changes you desire.
All you need to begin is the desire for something more, the willingness to change and an open mind.

Coaching is tailored to suit your individual needs, life situation, availability and budget.
Typically, clients are initially coached for a minimum of 4-6 sessions to become clear, create a plan, actualise change and follow through. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly to suit your schedule, goals and motivation. Some challenges require greater assistance, patience and persistance to work through, but the more willing and ready you are to commit to yourself the shorter time you can make long-lasting mental, emotional and behavioural changes. Once your coaching comes to an end, progress sessions are available if required to maintain your momentum and keep you on track.
