Hey, hey! I’ve been honing my raw chocolate making skills to provide more professional, glossy and smooth specialty chocolates for all my chocolate loving wellness warriors out there!

I’ll be conducting these specialty workshops in the MindBodyFood Kitchen to teach the health conscious homemaker how to make delicious, nutritious and guilt-free raw chocolates on their quest for better health.

These workshops will help you to make beautiful, smooth raw chocolate that won’t test your blood sugar or waistline as all recipes include natural sweeteners and nutrient dense foods to satisfy your tastebuds and melt in your mouth!

Enjoy a Nespresso coffee on arrival with a selection of ready made raw chocolates to taste-test! Numbers will be kept small for a more hands on, engaging experience!

I’ll be holding them throughout Oct and November with a special class in December ready for Christmas!
