INCREASE YOUR NUTRIENT INTAKE OVER THE NEXT WEEK….

Without making it complicated, focus on what’s seasonally available and how you can eat more colourful, nutritious and satisfying foods at each meal. 

If you know you need to change it up a bit and take greater care for what you put into your body, try starting with easy and doable steps each day.
 
For example:

1 – Every day this week I will add a new piece of fruit to my breakfast
2 – Every day this week I will try a new vegetable in one of my meals
3 – Every day this week I will aim for 3-4 different colours of salads and vegetables on my dinner plate
