Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls – need I say more….

They’re simple and very easy to make because you only need one bowl, one spoon and one tray to make them!

If you’re a lover of wholefood and nutrient dense treats, chances are you’ll already have these ingredients staples in your pantry.

PB (peanut butter) Choc Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup organic smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup organic hulled tahini
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 to 3/4 cup rice malt syrup
(Optional 1 tablespoon of raw honey can be added if you want it sweeter)
1 cup quinoa puffs

Method

Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon.
Add the rice malt and raw honey if using and stir through.
Lastly add the quinoa puffs and mix through using the back of the spoon, folding through.
Scoop a teaspoon out, squish together and roll into balls.

Leave plain or roll in fresh ground pepita seeds, pistachios, and goji berries, or sesame seeds and raw cacao powder.

Eat straight away or store in a container in the fridge.
