You’ve probably heard a lot of positive things about Meditation like it’s great for stress, heart issues, sleeping, mindful eating, weight control, concentration, healing etc., but maybe you’ve thought:

I don’t know where to start
I don’t have time for meditation
I’m not interested in any religion
I’ve tried it before but it didn’t stick, or the style didn’t suit me

I often have new clients and students contact me for medical reasons:

“I have blood pressure issues and I don’t want to go on medication”
I’m on anti-depressants and I’d like to come off of them”
“My doctor said I need to manage my stress better so I should try meditation”

Most often, I’ll get a new enquiry when stress has started taking over a person’s sanity – they can’t sleep, feel angry more often, and have started to yell more and create negative energy around their family.

They feel awful at becoming a person that is definitely not their best self.
