How To Make Brown Rice Chocolate Puffs - Video Recipe!

Dark Chocolate Brown Rice Puff Bites!

Oh Yeah! These little beauties are SO easy to make!

Thick, creamy and delicious and packed full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Bonus – the kids will love them to satisfy sweet cravings without the loaded refined sugar.

Brown Rice Puff Bites

Dark Choc Brown Rice Puff Bites

  • 3/4 cup of organic virgin coconut oil (Can add up to 1 cup for creaminess)
  • 1 1/2 cups raw cacao powder
  • 1Tb mesquite powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of pink
  • 4-5 Tbsp of 100% organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice

Method:

Melt the coconut oil and pour into a medium/large bowl.

Add in the raw cacao powder and stir through well.

Mix through the mesquite powder, cinnamon powder, pink himalayan salt and vanilla extract, then stir through pure maple syrup until completely smooth and creamy!

Lastly, add in the brown rice puffs for crunch.

Either spoon into patty cake cups in a muffin tray as chocolate crackles, or pour straight into a Tupperware container and smooth out.

Place into the freezer until set (approximately 30 minutes) and then tap out upside down onto a cutting board. Wait for 5-10mins before cutting straight through into squares. Store either in the fridge or on the bench in a sealed container, depending on the time of year and room temperature.
