I was skeptical at first like most people when expanding the mind to learn something new. But when I tried it after feeling such an emotionally draining experience that just wasn’t going away, I felt noticeble differences within my physical and emotional responses straight away on the issue causing me tension and frustration. Within a few minutes of tapping, I realised I had let go of the fear and anger attached to my concern, and allowed myself to accept it for what it was without carrying around the pain of how I felt about it.

Remember that everything we experience in our mind is absorbed and experienced by the body. How many times throughout the day do you hold your breath, shrug your shoulders, shallow breathe, tense your body, have moments of frustration or fear, anger or worry? Your body is absorbing everything you’re thinking and feeling.
