Easy Raw Fudge Bites

Easy (and Healthy) Raw Peanut Butter Fudge Bites anyone?

This recipe is super easy to whip up and doesn’t take long for the fudge to set.

Chances are you’ve already got all the ingredients in your pantry, and there’s only five of them!

I was playing around with some nut butters recently and decided to experiment. I’m so glad I did because these raw fudge bites have a wonderfully smooth texture and are so satisfying in small amounts!

These fudge bites are dairy and gluten free, full of healthy fats and have a fructose free natural sweetener.

They are so easy in fact that you could absolutely teach the children to make them for you! 😉

Easy Raw Peanut Butter Fudge Bites

Easy Raw Fudge Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy is up to you – and using a nut butter blend aside from peanuts is completely optional)
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 4 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over a low to medium heat until smooth and combined. Approximately 3 minutes.

Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners and place into the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm before eating.

Store in the freezer and eat as desired!
