The conscious mind can process about 40 bits of information per second; the subconscious mind can process 40 Million bits of information per second!!

We are constantly programming our subconscious minds without realising it. The conversations we have with ourselves and others, the information we expose ourselves to, our experiences, and our general way of thinking, all program the subconscious mind by default. The result can be seen in patterns in our lives.

That means that no matter what you are saying, it’s more important what you are thinking! Especially when you are attempting to create change and new habits in your life.

New ways of living require programming new ways or patterns of thinking, and therefore behaving.

Pay attention to your thoughts… Do you actually believe what you’re saying to yourself?

More importantly, Do you believe you deserve what you want?
Re-read the above line…

If you do not answer with a firm and resounding YES! Then ask yourself what is holding you back from believing that…?

Whatever thought comes to mind or feeling comes to the body, focus on it.

Experience it. Meditate on it. Confront it.

Enquire where it came from and ask yourself, Do I need to believe that about myself or my life NOW?…

If the answer is No then challenge that believe and dismantle its’ validity.

Then change that belief to a new and improved mental pathway of self-talk.

Your sub-conscious mind is powerful. Only through awareness and self-enquiry can we begin to use it to our advantage.
